    I workout around about 6 times a week,

    After having a bad night,

    I started working out to try

    and motivate my husband to lose some weight - but I love it now - I do it for me. Once I started seeing definition I got addicted. Running, lifting, resistance, sports, yoga. You name it, I'm there!

    I'm not a gym rat, but I try to go every day

    or every other day for a couple of hours. Basically aerobic and upper body strength conditioning. Besides, I got a free gym bag just for joining Planet Fitness!

    Woo! Doubled my entire workout.

    That sucked so much. 2 lifting workouts, 2 ab workouts and 2 butt workouts. I hope I don't have to do that again for awhile

    Had an awesome 30 mile bike ride today,

    I've been doing a body balance class at the gym

    now for about 2 months. My body and mind are in bliss, it's the best combination of yoga, Thai chi , Pilates . Flexibility of the body , promotes flexibility of the mind and the transition of change in this fast paced world we all live in today . Just live it :))))

    Horse back riding, biking

    and swimming. I'd say I got in enough exercise for one day!! Yesterday was horse back riding, hiking, and dog park. Working out is easier when it is disguised as fun times with great company!

    I do love getting some muscle quality

    I really like running.
