    new inspiration! I was just scrolling through to write my stories in my experiences that I have yet to write in and I saw this one - I'm having tofu tonight now! fabulous.

    Give It a Chance!

    so many people say they hate tofu, but in reality they've never actually had it. i love it, it's very tasty if you know how to prepare it. i like it many ways. stir frying it is great because it brings out the flavor and is a nice addition to the other ingredients of the dish...

    Mmm. Tofu!

    I love tofu with curry and veggies!! Also, marinated in BBQ sauce and grilled in good too.  Can you really go wrong with tofu?  I don't think so. :D

    In the Beginning I Only Ate It Because I Kind of Had To..

    Because I don't eat meat and fish and therefore I should eat tofu.. I didn't really like it first but now I love it...  it's so umm.. universal..

    Tofu Is Yum

    you just need to know how to prepare it. i press out the wet and then marinate it with stuff. like tomato sauce with garlic. i love it.

      ... and I actually enjoyed the "faux turkey" today.  Seems like those who had the bird complained it was too salty, dry or overcooked.  And, there wasn't messy drippings or bones to clean up afterwards, either.

    Tofu and other soy products such as soymilk, miso, temphe,and natto, when eaten in moderation can be a healthy part of the diet. Many people have been mislead to think that soy contains estrogen; this is NOT TRUE!!! Soybeans contain a group of phytochemicals called isoflavones...
