stopped drinking six months ago and have gone from 193 to 173 and about 9 percent body fat. Found out that alcohol inhibits performance. guess it's a bit late but the point is that staying in shape is not a choice anymore.

I love to stay in shape. I look better and feel better. Stuff the 'dieting ideal' you see pushed on adverts, though... I like to stay in SHAPE. Like I've actually got a shape. Because... that's what fits my natural body construction...

I've seen dudes that obess about this... I guess I did that once too.... I'm 6'1" and was 135lbs in college... talk about self-esteme issues.
