    I like to run at least 3 times a week

    if I can. Including weights and plyometrics, but it's only if I'm able to.

    Quick question for people

    who do push ups : How do you breathe when doing them? For some reason I seem to hold my breath while doing push-ups and that can't be safe :|

    Seven days a week I exercise.

    ..Sometimes I just do a yoga class, or Pilates. Sometimes only a dance class.I have a strict routine.I do rest, but it's never a days rest.I like working out!

    i have yoga everyday

    and i have a gym membership with my mom and we go like four times a week and it seems like my but is getting bigger every time. but i like wearing the cute workout gear but i do spend most of my time helping the guys lift weights.

    Did my first session with a personal trainer

    today. It's definitely a lot more hardcore than doing it by myself. No room to slack off when you've got someone pushing you to keep going even when you feel like you can't do any more.

    I am NOT a runner ...

    I was working out at the gym at my school

    Tomorrow I head back home.

    I started with a personal trainer

    after my boyfriend broke up with me! It's one of the best things I have done! Makes me stop thinking of him for at least an hour of my day and makes me happier in myself!

    the absolute best therapy

    for the soul is working out. when im feeling stressed, sad or frustrated its the only thing i can count on to lift my spirits. glad that im at least strong enough to lift weights haha.

    Plyometrics today :) one of my favorites.

    Did 3 heights of box jumps and some line jumping for speed. Jump squats ahh and a few P90X plyo exercises. I feel great :)

    Never Going To Leave It

    Even though in today's world time is always a problem, taking some time for exercising is a must. There are not excuses, and there is time for everything ( work, kids, study.)
