    My Self-Esteem & My Work-Outs Are Bestfriends

    I find working out to be my stress relief. It also has cause my upper torso to become physically strong to withstand anything that is brought upon me. I've been working on my abs for about half a year now & i must say it has played a part in boosting my self-esteem.

    Ooooo! Air Climber

    It's like a stair climber but it uses air (google if you are concerned) anyway, I was doing it in my bedroom and I love it. Just pop the earphones in for 30 minutes - an hour; and you won't even really notice you are working out.

    I love working out after a long day of work.

    There is nothing better then going for a long run, playing soccer, or lifting some weights. It helps me relax and focus on what I'm doing. And hey it's getting me in better shape and allowing me to live my life the way I want to.
