    I went to gym and had a great work out this

    morning. I am a morning person. I tidied the house. I paid the mortgage. I'm two loads of laundry in and two donuts in. I had a sugar cake donut and a blueberry cake donut. Cake.mmmm maybe I will make a cake. It's a good thing I worked out.

    A hot shower after a hard work out - the

    feeling is intoxicating. I won't lie, I don't always feel like working out, but that feeling quickly dissipates minutes into first set. When I am done - it is such a high.

    I love it because it makes me feel better

    and look better. I don't have friends at the gym but people are nice and I don't feel uncomfortable. I put headphones on, loud music and i try to enjoy it :-)

    Seven days a week I exercise.

    ..Sometimes I just do a yoga class, or Pilates. Sometimes only a dance class.I have a strict routine.I do rest, but it's never a days rest.I like working out!

    I literally don't have enough time to workout

    I have been pushing myself super hard at the

    gym these past two days. Tomorrow will be no different. He wants to take me to lunch tomorrow but all I can think about is the workout afterwards to burn off all those calories! I am so sore right now but I feel so good. I'll pay for it dearly tomorrow when I'm wearing that...

    working out is like taking a breath

    for me .. if I don't go to my gym it creates a guilt inside me for that whole day .. I m mad about it .. i have been working out for 3 years as if now .. n gained olmost 50lbs

    Tomorrow I head back home.

    I have probably gained 10 pounds on vacation! Although I'm stoked to sleep in my own bed, I am going to miss my crazy, amazing family... And the beautiful beach. πŸ’™

    that was me and working out , we use to be like a couple who could never get it together , one day I love you the next I hate you , well now I finally got it right :-) .. I started walking , and jogging 4K and I love it , it's beautiful and relaxing and it's a great way to stay...

    Even though in today's world time is always a problem, taking some time for exercising is a must. There are not excuses, and there is time for everything ( work, kids, study.)

    I find it amazing how many women wear a

    revealing workout top then when you are being polite and ackknowlesging the prescence st the gym in general conversation they go outmof their way to cover their tatas. I wasnt looking but now that your hands are moving towards them i will be now lol

    Just did a ton of strength training

    and cardio exercise today, the most I've ever done. I feel really, really great, and I know my body appreciates the exercise.

    I am proud to say that I am in remission

    and hopefully cured of DickyDo Disease (the disease of having your belly stick out more than your make part does lol) I've lost a ton of weight. A bit more to go and I am feeling great. Milestones like this and compliments I get from strangers friends and family motivates me...

    So I tried doing isometric workouts omfg

    that is rough! And it's been a while since I've been this sore wich makes me excited I'd like to get better at it how ever if anyone here has any tips or knowledge that misght be useful I'll be really greatful :D

    lifting is my life! I have become my best self

    :). everyday I push harder and harder. I give myself two hours of pure beast 5 days a week. I set goals and crush them! it helps me in everyday life to apply the same drive!

    That was an awesome workout. Love the look on people's faces when I roll into the gym in my wheelchair and bust out a massive workout to their amazement lol.

    I've recently started going to the gym

    and I feel a lot better, mentally and physically. It's incredible how exercise can help stop anxiety. My body aches but I love that feeling. I can't wait to see my body change.

    It's cool when you get to a place

    when you're excited about working out instead of it feeling like a chore or obligation. The added energy is also a plus.
