    Just got home from the gym.

    That was an awesome workout. Love the look on people's faces when I roll into the gym in my wheelchair and bust out a massive workout to their amazement lol.

    Seven days a week I exercise.

    ..Sometimes I just do a yoga class, or Pilates. Sometimes only a dance class.I have a strict routine.I do rest, but it's never a days rest.I like working out!

    I've recently started going to the gym

    and I feel a lot better, mentally and physically. It's incredible how exercise can help stop anxiety. My body aches but I love that feeling. I can't wait to see my body change.

    I like working out its fun.

    I find it amazing how many women wear a

    revealing workout top then when you are being polite and ackknowlesging the prescence st the gym in general conversation they go outmof their way to cover their tatas. I wasnt looking but now that your hands are moving towards them i will be now lol

    Off and on , on and off

    I can't get enough of getting fitter

    So I tried doing isometric workouts omfg

    I have been pushing myself super hard at the

    gym these past two days. Tomorrow will be no different. He wants to take me to lunch tomorrow but all I can think about is the workout afterwards to burn off all those calories! I am so sore right now but I feel so good. I'll pay for it dearly tomorrow when I'm wearing that...

    I literally don't have enough time to workout

    I'm currently trying to improve my time with

    jogging/running. I like to listen to music while I do this. I've been on a Rock, Punk Rock, Alternative Kick but I need more songs to keep me pumped up. If you have a favorite song in these categories please let me know.

    Well today I found out no more weight lifting

    probably ever again or for a really long time due to a messed up shoulder. So it looks like I am going to have to focus on my running and biking which is good but I will miss that sore arm feeling for sure. No cross fit or insanity type stuff either. I will make it through this...

    It's been too long since I've been to the gym.

    I actually do like it when I'm there. If I can get into my routine, I enjoy myself. Making myself go is the hard part. Here's hoping.

    I love it because it makes me feel better

    and look better. I don't have friends at the gym but people are nice and I don't feel uncomfortable. I put headphones on, loud music and i try to enjoy it :-)

    So lately, I've been working out 6 days a week

    (outside of my martial arts training). I've been drinking more water. My clothes are fitting good. I do admit that I struggle with macros (either I go over 1525 or its way too low). Well, I got on the scale today (well...yesterday) and it ruined my whole day. I've gained 4 lbs...

    working out is like taking a breath

    A hot shower after a hard work out - the

    I went to gym and had a great work out this

    morning. I am a morning person. I tidied the house. I paid the mortgage. I'm two loads of laundry in and two donuts in. I had a sugar cake donut and a blueberry cake donut. Cake.mmmm maybe I will make a cake. It's a good thing I worked out.

    I am proud to say that I am in remission

    and hopefully cured of DickyDo Disease (the disease of having your belly stick out more than your make part does lol) I've lost a ton of weight. A bit more to go and I am feeling great. Milestones like this and compliments I get from strangers friends and family motivates me...
