I love how I feel after working out.

I feel physically better but also mentally I feel so much better as well. It takes away all the stress and leaves me feeling fantastic.

    My Self-Esteem & My Work-Outs Are Bestfriends

I find working out to be my stress relief. It also has cause my upper torso to become physically strong to withstand anything that is brought upon me. I've been working on my abs for about half a year now & i must say it has played a part in boosting my self-esteem.

almost. It is like someone plugs a power cord into my body and slowly drains my energy for about 90 minutes. By the time I walk out of the gym on leg day, I feel light headed and my whole body feels weak. Walking up stairs is difficult. As I leave the gym, I can't wait to get to...

    It's been a few months

since I've worked out. I took a weight training class my senior year in high school to get tougher. When I started working out, I struggled to just lift the 45 pound bar off of the rack. Now, I can lift between 160 and 200 pounds. I aimed for 225 on squats, but that didn't...

    Love going to the gym!

You actually get an overwhelming sense of achievement when you do things 100% natural and can lift more/do things better than those who take additional means to get stronger. A bit of time, effort, self motivation and dedication and you will get there.

What's as important as a day at the gym?

A day off from the gym. Your body needs it so that your muscles can recover. Your mind needs it so that you can concentrate on other things. I take two days off per week, usually, separated by a few days apart. Some people take one day off. Others, take three, and some take none...
