    the absolute best therapy

    for the soul is working out. when im feeling stressed, sad or frustrated its the only thing i can count on to lift my spirits. glad that im at least strong enough to lift weights haha.

    I worked out pretty much all day today

    and I feel great. It's been a few months and my boyfriend can tell a difference. I love feeling awesome and making him happy 😍😋

    My favorite thing about Saturday isn't sleeping

    in its waking up and heading to the gym for a nice long workout. Does that make me weird?

    Deadlifts. Squats. Bench press.

    I love and hate the feeling when it feels like the weight is going to push you through the floor and into the ground. This goes especially for bench press when the weight pancakes your back.

    I started with a personal trainer

    after my boyfriend broke up with me! It's one of the best things I have done! Makes me stop thinking of him for at least an hour of my day and makes me happier in myself!

    I love working out! Everyday!

    50 crunches a day and on thursdays I run on a

    treadmill for an hour then ride on a stationary bike for 30 minutes I do this in 20 minute intervals with 5 minute breaks so I don't strain anything

    I'm not athletic nor do I try really hard to

    workout,obsessively. I run and have my own little routines I do to tone up a little more in some areas I've been doing for a long time now but I'm pretty content with my body overall and I think everyone should be happy with themselves if you just work with what you have.

    Seven days a week I exercise.

    ..Sometimes I just do a yoga class, or Pilates. Sometimes only a dance class.I have a strict routine.I do rest, but it's never a days rest.I like working out!

    Tomorrow I head back home.

    Okay, soooo.... I get up around 530,

    shower, eat, do guy grooming, take my stack and preworkout, and I go to the gym. I lift heavy. I spend a lot of time in my 4-6 rep range. However, it makes me have to poop. Squat a few hundred pounds? Gotta poop. Deadlifts? Gotta poop. This didn't happen when I was smaller...

    Very pleased with myself tonight.

    I managed a 425lb Smith Machine squat. I didn't go *** to the ground, only 90 degrees. But at a height of almost 6'3" anything over 90 is hard on my knees. I'm hoping to work my way back to my max 11 years ago of 540lbs. Confidence and focus will get me there.

    Helps with stress and to have a better day.

    I swim twice a week, a few kilometres each time.

    I workout twice a week. I have two routines involving cardio and free weights. Regular exercise is very important for good health, even sexual health!

    I go for gyming for 1 hour

    and then after a 3 hours gap, i would go for my MMA training . I like working out, because it keeps me Alive and active to perform daily chores. What about you ? How often do you exercise in a week ?
