    Never Going To Leave It

    Even though in today's world time is always a problem, taking some time for exercising is a must. There are not excuses, and there is time for everything ( work, kids, study.)

    I joined the local gym just over a year ago I

    think. I tend to have patches when I'm quite regular, and patches when I'm not, but I invariably enjoy physical exercise and regret not doing more until relatively recently.

    I wish more of my friends did

    My Self-Esteem & My Work-Outs Are Bestfriends

    I find working out to be my stress relief. It also has cause my upper torso to become physically strong to withstand anything that is brought upon me. I've been working on my abs for about half a year now & i must say it has played a part in boosting my self-esteem.

    I started with a personal trainer
