    Yesterday I took a rest day

    I love how I feel after working out.

    I feel physically better but also mentally I feel so much better as well. It takes away all the stress and leaves me feeling fantastic.

    Love going to the gym!

    You actually get an overwhelming sense of achievement when you do things 100% natural and can lift more/do things better than those who take additional means to get stronger. A bit of time,effort, self motivation and dedication and you will get there.

    I started with a personal trainer

    Cannot wait for tomorrow's morning workout.

    I absolutely love the feel of my strong and healthy body moving. Been working out for years, never had a weight problem, but I wish I had more muscle. Unfortunately, I'm afraid to do weight lifting by myself since your back can get injured if you're not doing it correctly. :/

    the absolute best therapy

    for the soul is working out. when im feeling stressed, sad or frustrated its the only thing i can count on to lift my spirits. glad that im at least strong enough to lift weights haha.

    My Self-Esteem & My Work-Outs Are Bestfriends

    I find working out to be my stress relief. It also has cause my upper torso to become physically strong to withstand anything that is brought upon me. I've been working on my abs for about half a year now & i must say it has played a part in boosting my self-esteem.

    Seven days a week I exercise.
