    Loud Music Does Help....

I recently went through an upsetting time in my life.  The only two things that helped me get through it were LOUD music and lots of prayer.  I listen to music loud anyway but when Im feeling emotional, I turn it up as loud as my ears can handle. ;)

    I Have Overcome

Orientation was today. Again. After listening to some inspiring metal, I walked in there, and I loved it. I wasn't intimidated by a single soul. I am proud of myself. I overcame myself. This ******* year is going to KICK ***.

I Need To Crank It Up Sometimes

When I'm angry or need a lift loud, head banging music does it for me. Like Ride of the Valkyries from Apocalypse Now, certain sound resonates inside you.  Pantera, Metallica. Slipknot can get me moving both physically and emotional.

    Take a music bath once

or twice a week for a few seasons, and you will find that it is to the soul what the water-bath is to the body. - - Oliver Wendell Holmes On Saturday, I happened across a couple of hours, I was at home alone... It doesn't happen very often, always something going on...

I listen to it for various reasons.

My major reason lately is to drown out people that I don't want to associate with because I don't see the reason to talk to them.

    I Love Loud Music.

I like the fact that I can drown out everything with loud music... except my thoughts which is annoying sometimes... but I can just escape for a moment into my own world ...

    When I'm Home Alone

It could be to anything; rock, punk, hip-hop; anything I'm in the mood for just as long as it drowns out my thoughts. The music should be loud, deafening. The bass would shake the entire house. A steady pounding beat that you feel in your bones. Then I begin to flail my...
