    Down On The Farm

It is simple. It is pure, organic, unadulterated, fresh, in touch with the elements, with nature, with flora to delight the senses, and fauna that enchants and befriends in many gorgeous ways. I see myriads of stars, planets, shooting stars, satellites and other celestial bodies...

I live a simple life. Work-house, House-work. Family-house, House-family. But apart from that, something extra-ordinary that I can consider not simple. I have a wide ocean of emotions to explore with.

I don't live an extravagant lifestyle.

I don't have extravagant things. I've done just fine without them. I love spending money as much as the next person, but my family is always my top priority. I'll never make them do without just because I want something. Life is much easier and more relaxed when it's simple. I...

    I always thought something big

and great was going to happen to me. I was always waiting for that to happen. In the meantime, I worked, married, had children, etc. I finally realized that something great and big had happened to me and I didn't even realize it. It was having 3 wonderful children and finding...

    Happy Nov. 12th.

Once a year we celebrate an event that is yours alone A time when creation stood still to watch in awe. A miracle, transforming you from thought to crying babe A moment that those who cared will always recall. It's not a day that ages you or makes you wrinkle It's not a...

I enjoy the freedom that comes from not being

obligated to run in the rat race or keep up with whoever people are trying to keep up with these days. Simplicity is beautiful.

    What Is This?

I love living a simple life. Having what I need and less of what I think I want. Life for Rob and I is basic and we try to keep the drama at bay as much as possible. Our home is our sanctuary and everything has its place and every purchase we have made for our new life together...

    Ranch Life

"Ranch" is actually too grand a term for 28 acres. But since we have horses and our attempts at growing anything are mostly a miserable failure...ranch it is. My father has a multitude of free range chickens with which I try to remain uninvolved. Emergency back up only where...

I am currently living a very simple life.

I have been making changes in most areas of my life, and I almost feel like I am starting my life over... It isn't a bad thing, but it is a slow process. Lots of 'cleaning' out to do, but in the mean time, my life has become very basic and simple. It is a privilege.

OK, I've held my silence long enough! (actually I have been discussing it with friends, but not writing about it)Here's a scenario: Let's say you go to a furniture store and purchase a couch. You have it delivered, then next day go to work and upon returning home, the salesman of...

Slow Down You Move Too Fast

I stepped off the merry-go-round I found the fast pace of life stressful and unfulfilling.   I felt ill in mind and body trying to keep up with the so called "normal" life intensity. My life might be boring to  others but it suits me well.  I don't have a bored chemical...
