    The Great 50s

    It Just Soothes My Soul...

I'm not sure why, but when I hear an old tune it has this way of reaching into my heart and filling it with bliss and a touch of sadness. I know those times weren't perfect, but compared to society now I think there are things we sorely miss and could use more of...friendliness...

Send Some of That My Way

I love the pure non-electronic sound of music from the 50s, I don't have to wonder whether the singer was actually singing or if they were just letting a machine do the work for them. My ears open up and get ready for a show every time they hear a 50s song.

    Past Life Nostalgia.

    True Magical Music

I was but a child when the '50's music was new & exciting, but I was mesmerised by it. "Hey Paula" with that keyboard in the background! The "Duke Of Earl"! Fun to sing along with! What fine memories!
