so many people have credited artist with saving or changing their lives after they heard their song. anyone have a song like that?

when i was in high school it was silverchair. specifically "shade". i dont know what it was. the lyrics were so simple. but i believed every word he sang. maybe it was his voice, i dunno. there are a ton of songs that impacted me significantly, i could write a novel. i'm really interested to hear how people are affected by different songs and lyrics.
