    Anything really...ribs,

    pulled pork, just about anything that you can put on a grill. Barbecued meats are always good :)

    Bubba Keg

    I'm picky where my bbq comes from.

    I love my uncle Bobby's bbq in SC and I like sconyers bbq in ga and sonny's bbq. but I love my own bbq the best. and pork skins with hush puppies

    Where I live in Texas,

    you can't throw a rock in any direction without hitting a barbeque place. That goes for Mexican food too but that is another group. In September every year our chamber of commerce blocks off several blocks of real estate downtown and lets vendors of every sort set up booths...

    I made some really good smoked ribs last

    Wednesday in my Weber Smokey Mountain. They were delicious. Today I put on a pork butt. Before I put it on though, I had a mishap with the cooker and burned my foot a bit. I was too arrogant after my rib cook, but now I'm a little more humble. Praying the pork butt turns out...

    It's Reallllllllllllly Good On That Texas Toast.

    I love the chopped or shredded pork BBQ with just enough sauce to cover all the meat without the sauce being too thick or too runny. A hint of vinegar taste is good too. Hmmm. I haven't had a BBQ sandwich in a while. This weekend might be a good time to get one.
