I am not referring to that sweet pasty sticky tomato based stuff smeared on by the Yankees. I am referring to the real Southern Cuisine in which the sauce is based on vinegar, like to good Lord intended.
We have had a lot of bbq lately. Cooked about 120 pounds on Memorial Day, and this past weekend cooked in our first contest of the year
having leftover flat iron steak& grilled onions, with salad and pita bread. Anyone else having good eats from outdoors?
We had a competition, 2nd of the year. Great weekend, great host and great results.

Yes, I am big barbque fan. This past May when I went to Graceland in Memphis TN. I ate nothing but BBQ the whole week I was there.
There is nothing in the world that can beat good southern BBQ.
For a new year of competing and judging. We will competing in some new contests for us and a couple of our long time favorites. This year we will be getting back to judging some contests.
