    I Married Into a Family With a Cattle Ranch.

    I have always preferred chicken or seafood, but my father-in-law has a cattle ranch, and those are just words you don't say around him. So I eat the steak, and the hamburger, and the roast, and ribs...and whatever else.

    Thats Right!

    I Like my beef. And I plan to grow my own once I'm up in the 'Big Sky Country', and I'll enjoy every last bloody bite! And yes, I mean BLOODY. Slightly warmed and browned on the outside, and still cold in the middle. It's the best way to have a steak.
