    Feet Need To Be Free...

I hate wearing shoes...I hate socks too!  The only thing I really like wearing on my feet are flip flops.  I love walking around barefoot in the summertime... Squishing my toes in the mud...

I hate shoes. they make your feet smell.

you cant feel the earth beneath you. theyre pointless. well, that's a lie, sometimes theyre convenient. I just love the different textures you can experience when you walk around barefoot. I barely wear shoes, just for the main part of a hiking trip or social events. I mainly...

Even when clothed I much prefer barefoot.

There is something about you bare feet on the ground that feels so nice and connects you with the earth. I often go to parties in heels and soon remove them. My friends (non CMNF) know that I go around barefoot most of the time and are used to it. Most of my CMNF I much prefer...

    I love being barefoot.

I feel more free and unhindered. I am going to start decorating my feet with barefoot sandals and toe jewelry. :)

    Barefoot Writer

I work from home, so I spend most days in bare feet, writing scripts and other projects for clients. I take a certain joy in knowing they are sitting at a desk, in business attire, and are paying me really well to sit home, barefoot, to write their creative materials for them...

    The Moment When...

You've been working all day long, from the early hours of the morning to the late hours of the night, and you get home and you are finally able to take off those awful tennis shoes and free your feet from the bondage that has held them all day! If I could be barefoot at work, I...

    For two straight nights,

I went to a nearby state park because they had an Alfred Hitchcock film festival. I went there straight from work and as soon as I got to the parking lot, my shoes and socks stayed in the car and I walked barefoot to the film festival. Those movies can be creepy and suspenseful...

One of the best experiences at a Grateful Dead

show was meeting other true barefooters. At one show in the New Jersey Meadowlands I met Kelly, a bbw with filthy, tough feet. We both had been barefooting the hot pavement in the parking lot all day and we met inside the stadium. I told her I noticed how filthy her feet were...

Because I live in one of the states which was heavily impacted by the 2015 Arctic Blast, I was bundled up in the warmest clothes possible, including shoes and socks. As a barefooter (like many) I couldn't WAIT for the weather to warm up, not only to be frequently barefoot...

    Love It

I love being barefoot, there is something grounding yet sensual walking around feeling the Earth, the sand or the sea beneath my feet.  It gives me a sense of liberation, of freedom; reminds me of a time of innocence from my childhood when I spent most of the time barefoot; it...

    There's a bank I go to,

where the tellers know that I hate wearing shoes and socks; They've seen me walk into the bank barefoot. Once last year when I told a teller I don't wear shoes and socks, she giggled and said, "Are you barefoot now?" I backed up just so she could see my feet and toes. She...

I went out to the wood one day

and sat down on a bench to have my lunch and took my flip flops of. I felt the sot grass on my souls and in between my toes and decided I would do the rest of the walk bare foot. On my walk I met a few other people that gave me strange looks and I just kept walking. When I got...

I went to the grocery store, 7-11, post office, Best Buy, Petco, ****'s Sporting Goods, bank, and Target. Shorts, my "Barefoot is Better" T-shirt, and of course, barefoot! Where did you go barefoot today?

About a year ago, I experimented to see what

My husband says I have "hobbit feet"

because I have thick calluses and my toes are spread out from all the time I spend barefoot. I've actually considered going out in public without shoes but I didn't want to cause any problems at stores and other places.
