    I do yoga every day, run about 20 miles a week

    and go swimming twice a week. it's always good to feel healthy and look good, and doing excercise gets both those things done

    Pushed my body harder

    I really love swimming.

    I love being fit and exercising.

    I usually train 6 days a week. It's such an amazing thing for the mid, body and soul. On the physical side it's awesome when you start seeing results. Doesn't hurt that you get compliments for it too lol.

    Exercise to stimulate,

    not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them.
