and music helps me get through it. Some of my favorite classic rock bands are Queen, Led Zeppelin, The Turtles, The Kinks, Thin Lizzy and the Rolling Stones. There are more but the list is too long. I listen to music constantly... When I shower, when I exercise.. Even when I...
can't hold out that long
But nobody wants to go home now.
there's too much goin' on.
This night is gonna last forever.
Last all, last all summer long.
Some time before the sun comes up
The radio is gonna play that song.
There's gonna be a heartache tonight,
Pink Floyd, Rush, The Who, Yes, Journey, AC/DC, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, Deep Purple, Queen, Black Sabbath, Cream, Boston, Steve Miller Band, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Grateful Dead and much more!!
The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, John Lennon, AC/DC, Queen, Kid rock, Phil Collins, Pink Floyd, Lenny Kravitz, Genesis, and tonssssss more, but too lazy to write them all :). These are my uttermost favorite.
You know songs like Looking out the Back door, Bungle in the Jungle. Beth. SMOKE ON THE WATER.,DIARY of a Madman , Shooting Star ,Foreplay Long time , etc. That is just a few of the songs that I would hear on the radio at the perfect time. There are some songs that I listen to I...
you're missing the meaning of life. ^_^ Zeppelin, U2, KISS, ACDC, Foreigner, Kansas, The Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Aerosmith, Def Leppard...ok, ok. I'll stop listing the artists who created the soundtracks to my life. Haha!
listen too: From Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Aerosmith, Journey, The Doobey Brothers, Kansas, Steve Miller, to Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Sam Hunt, Katy Perry, Joe Cocker, Shaggy are just to name a few :-)
Neil Young, some Jimmi, Beatles if I'm in the right mood. So many bands from those days were awesome, the doors being my favorite but sometimes I wonder if they could even make it big in today's world. They wouldn't be as appreciated
but I don't remember which song, in particular, was instrumental in me becoming a life long devotee of the genre. I'm hooked on 60s 70s and 80s "classic rock" and pop.
When I was young, my Dad used to play a lot of British rock on the stereo. I used to just love to look at...
have to be Van Halen and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. I'm excited that I get to fulfill a bucket list item next year and see David Gilmore in Chicago. Pink Floyd has had a profound effect on how I feel about life.
It is impossible not to be thankful to those many great musicians that contributed to my love for music. I grew up in a very conservative household with dad being the great disciplinarian and not at all keen on his children listening to "this modern crap they call music" .
