I Love Coconut

One of my favorite coconut products is the Coconut Water! but only the ones with just the coconut water not all the extra stuff in it. I also enjoy it in everything from foods to candies.

I found a new ( to me ) coconut chocolate surprise....and it only has 120 calories......( not that that has ever stopped me from consuming 345678 calories to whet down a coco craving......and this bar is almost "health food...

Until a few years ago, I assumed everyone liked coconut to SOME degree. It's rather harmless, right? Now my world is filled with those who do not embrace it at ALL ...... Nada. My Sister shares my coconut smitteness, so we've bonded in...

2/3 cup Water
2/3 cup Cocoa powder
1 stick of butter
3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
7 ounces Coconut
1 cup sliced Almonds
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking...

Just something really silly when I thought to join … nah, not because I don’t love it, I really love it… to the point that I might have...

I love the taste, the texture, the smell, the look, and the the fact that you can clack two coconut halves together and pretend you're 'Patsy' from Monty Python's Holy Grail.

Last Sunday, I saw my cousin squeezing some coconut shreds to have the coco milk. I got a bowl of the shreds despite of her warning not to eat it. I sprinkled some sugar, and there you go.. an instant meal! ^^,

I love the smell, the taste, it just really opens my senses up. I buy a shampoo & conditioner  that smells like coconuts. It's wonderful!!!! It makes me feel awake and alive.
