    Completely Underrated

    I love this stuff, but when was the last time you saw someone buy this at the supermarket? The only time i get to enjoy this delicious meat is when I go to the local jewish bistro. Awesome Reuben.

    I Wish I Could Go Veggie, But This Keeps Me From Doing So

    Steaks, I could avoid. Burgers, I'd feel healthier getting rid of them. But, this is a true problem! I can't avoid WELL-SEASONED corned beef.  Though it has been tougher to find good corned beef, when I find it, I'm a drooling mess!  Pass the horseradish, Swiss...

    Lancashire Hot Pot.

    You will need : 1 potato 1 tin of corned beef Some pastry stuff. Put corned beef in pastry and put the sliced potato on top. Bake in a traditional Lancashire Hot Pot and serve when it's done.

    So Damn Good to Me!

    I love corned beef. It is the only meat im not sure i could live without! :D There is something about freshly cooked, warm and perfectly seasoned corned beef...mmmmmmmm. I am drooling just thinking about it. When i have it left over in the fridge its hard for me not to devour...

    I Miss Momma's!!

    It came seasoned already, but Momma cooks it just right.  My brother and I hang around after it's come out of the pot so that when she cuts it with the electric knife, we get the scraps.  :D

    Only the Good Stuff

    The "corned beef" at the grocery stores are brown and gross. It has to be as it is meant to be,like in the avatar. Red,salty and mmmm...good!
