I Love Cupcakes

Cupcakes are so cute, and it doesn't hurt my feelings that they're delicious.
My alltime favorite is yellow cake with . . any kind of frosting.
Second favorite is red velvet with cream cheese frosting.

But tonight my mother baked some...

I love cup cakes with the vanilla cake, not the chocolate, because they taste better to me. But the only thing is, the frosting has to be creamy and light tasting, it can't have that crystalline, hard taste that old fashioned frosting...

This sugary, full of fat and carb dessert is irresistible.
I just love them all.

I love d halloween cupcakes sold at at stores during the month of october. I love those cute little spider decorations and the sometimes orange orblack icing.

The recipe I use is very dense and moist. I will modify it slightly to make different flavoured batches and match them with different kinds of frosting.

Cake has to be my ultimate weakness....and cupcakes are just a more controlled portion of my favourite treat! Cake or cupcakes must come with buttercream icing....don't bastardize it with whipped cream or fruit...just straight up sugar...
