    Yes I do :-) I love watching what i eat,

    write it down, take notes, observe how i feel, massage my body while it slims down... And i love it to take time, 2 or 3 months, watching the weight decrease on scale every three days, working out slightly, just a little. I love to plan quietly the meals for the next five days...
