I have recently watched a documentary on Netflix called Absent. It is about the affect of absent fathers on children and adults. This film will absolutely break you heart, however, I think it is a must see for every to better understand the human heart and those around us.
.. mainly ones that have to do with history (prehistoric, ancient, medieval or modern- doesn't matter to me), psychology and sociology (mental health, eating disorders, drugs and drug use, etc.).
I also love the mini-series Planet Earth. Nothing like playing that on my big TV...
