    It's cooler in the upper Midwest.

    Today, I'm going to roast half a chicken, fingerling potatoes, and vegetables in my Dutch Oven. Most of the ingredients are from the Farmer's Market. Which reminds me, I need fresh eggs and pumpkins!

    Where I live, it's a cool 60-something.

    Perfect weather to make bison tater-tot hot dish and watch The Dark Knight.
