    Wow... Spent Christmas eating way too much

    We as human beings neeed to know

    I'm such a lazy person,

    but exercising makes me feel awesome! I'm glad I took the decision to get back to exercise, it makes me feel happy, relaxed again and more self-confident. I think this is helping me getting over my depressed states of mind, at least I don't feel so down or useless. Endorfines...

    I Do It Everyday...

    I turn on a good movie...and get on my stationary bike and ride till it burns so much I can't habdle it then i get on my ab twist follow the 30 minute DVD...then I walk 10 laps around the house with 10LB wieghts on each foot...Sometimes I'll do the punching bag but not always...

    I love doing exercise,

    just not the ache, I'm warming up and cooling down (part of the DVD I'm doing does this as well) and I tried a new one, I love my HIIT just not the after ache!!!
