    I Love Fitness

    I used to love fitness so much I would attend classes maybe 4 times a week or more.  I managed to cause my self alot of pain as well during these classes so I have learnt now to look after myself when doing a class!

    I'm getting a breast reduction on Thursday.

    For two weeks I can't lift my arms above my shoulders or lift anything over 5 pounds, for a month I can't workout, and for two months I can't kickbox. How am I going to stay fit during my recovery 😭😭😭 someone help lol

    On vacation and am working on my fitness level,

    hiked to the top of sand dunes. Walking running combo, working towards 5 k. Working on eating healthier foods, cutting back on junk food.

    Just today I was able to do

    for the first time 2 sets of 5 reps of hanging knee raises. Of course I have to start somewhere and little by little. Love it! I know il get there someday.. Hanging leg raise and pull ups.

    I'm so proud of where I am

    I think it's a good thing to be conscious of

    what you are putting into your body and how you look. But Health and fitness should be the goal, not stricly weight. there are lots of body types and some peole are just thicker than others and that's okay. Try not to focus on what you can't eat, but find healthy options that...

    I like to combine fitness with photography.

    Run up the big hill. Have a great view at the top. I get to see what level my current fitness is at and I get to run back down with some nice photographs. :)
