It is not as common, where I live now, but I really do love fog! Used to do my endless slow walks in the white milky ethernity. Had a dog then, so walking it was a good excuse. It was great also, when durriing frosty november evenings...

What once was plain patches where trees haven't grown, is a clear spooky blanket that I see out of my windowI gaze in awe, wishing I could stay in the wonderland forever I believe in all fairy tales when I see the fog curling upHow can...

Woke up the other day and the fog was low. I so love the fog and as a kid I'd go find a quiet place and sit, unseen, unnoticed, in my fog.

When Camelback Ridge is shrouded in a thick gray blanket of fog, my world outside becomes a surreal fairyland of twisting shapes and muted colors. Dark bare arms of Oak and walnut reach out to me, beaconing, beseeching...

Fog always imparts a feeling of holiness to me.  There's magic in fog, and a deep, deep sense of sanctity.

Almost like waiting for Sherlock Holmes to come out from the misty air.
The only thing lacking is the fog horn and it would be perfect.

I love the fog. On our way home last night the roads were covered with thick fog. I couldn't even talk, because I wanted to just keep watching it. I think it's because I hate anything final, and fog is one of those in between things...

Most people know my usual  likes.  Rain, thunder storms, moonlight...But my absolute favorite thing to do is go out walking in the fog at night.Night fogs, in the fall and winter, early spring, when the scent and feel of wood...

I love fog, due to how it cloaks the world in its mysterious, ominous folds, and I especially love it when it is foggy in the evening. I think it looks truly spooky, and beautiful then.

Wrapped in a blanket of thick white silence, I am completely out of sight. Momentarily invisible, I feel hidden away from the rest of the world. I adore this brief oasis. 

What I had always counted on for Alternative Weather here in the Western Coast of Washington, was to see Morning Fog, which is suppose to be the Alternative of not having Low Pressure Systems that of having Cloudy Weather...
