    Simplicity In Cooking

Here's another one of my dishes.

I was sick one morning and had the Food Network playing. I watched a show (can't remember the name of it) and she was recreating a TV dinner she used to eat as a child. Pot pies with greenbeans. However she added a special cheese sauce and she made her own chocolate cupcakes as...

My mom is having a small party later and asked me to make it because it's infamous at all of our little get togethers. So good. This time I used a food processor to blend the artichokes and spinach together rather than roughly chopping them and mixing them in a bowl. I think the...

    Cooking brings me happiness.

Especially when I see the smiles on my friends and families face. I am not only filling their tummies, I'm bringing people together to create a food memory. When I take a bite of a home cooked meal, I close my eyes and remember good times. The best way to love people!
