I Love Girl Scout Cookies

I haven't tried this one yet, but it sounds yummy...  :)
Ingredients:
one roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
one box Thin Mints
topping of choice: nuts, andes candies pieces, etc.

my weakness has always been the thin mints!  this year i'm gonna try to make a dessert out of them.  has anyone made one?  oh yeah, and those caramel delights r awesome 2!

This month's issue (March 2008) of Southern Living magazine has several recipes using Girl Scout Cookies...  Samoa ice cream truffles (or trefoil or Do-Si-Do), Thin Mint Cheesecake, etc.

every year when it's girl scout cookie time, i buy several boxes of thin mints and tagalongs, then freeze them. they are so yummy eaten frozen!

Last year, I bought three boxes of Thin Mints in the midst of a hurried day, threw them in my trunk, and completely forgot about them. By the time I remembered them, they were ruined--all melty and stale.

We made this one at camp in the dutch oven, but I'm betting it will work just fine in a regular oven too.

Yum Yum Yum...anyone had the Thin Mint ice cream or the Thin Mint Blizzard from Dairy Queen?  Delish!

I myself am a girlscout :). Everyone says boyscouts is better but you can get popcorn anywhere but you can only get g.s. cookines once a year :)

I like the chocolate mint thins. o man I can eat the whole box in a day! They are like crack, they might as well give you the first one for free, then "BAM" you're hooked!

Just a heads-up to all you GS cookie lovers! They will be $4.00 a box this year! A $.50 cent hike from last year! BAH! Seriously, I think they should experiment for a year by DROPPING the price, and see if they can make MORE money! My...

They're my favorite.. chocolatey, minty, and oh so yummi!  They are my main weakness.. give me a box, it'll be gone in a day or so.

the new ones are WAY too sweet. I miss the old vanilla and chocolate flavours and remember when you would get half the box of each. They were SO GOOD with milk!

Especially the shortbread cookies and the thin mints. They have changed over the years (both cookies are a lot thinner), but I have to really control myself so I don't eat the whole box.
