    Yea it's my addiction ,

    pumping those muscles up! , just had biceps today . Tomorrow triceps.. I split them , aiming to up my weights next week .. Cheers to all the fit people and also who are getting fit.

    Love the feeling after a good workout can't

    wait till tomorrow ... It's hard to get into but once your in a routine it's addictive and it does wonders for your confidence and body.

    I went to the gym tonight

    after work and got a good workout. I wore my favorite pants. They are rebok like yog pants. They are so soft :)

    Yesterday shoulders and abs,

    today legs...I'm definitely feeling the burn. Can't wait for chest, triceps and arms tomorrow. I seriously LOVE working out. Those endorphins...not much else out there quite like it :)!

    One of the guys at the gym was screaming

    while I had my headphones on, he screamed so loud I heard it through my ears. He scared me, so I run and tripped :( embarrassing gym moments)

    I joined the gym in October

    and have never been happier about a decision! Since joining I've felt like I've found my personal safe haven, where I can think about everything, or nothing. Something about the gym that I find feels so warm and welcoming!

    Being a 52 year old single mom can be a bit

    It's become a real obsession.

    Love the feeling when I manage to lift those heavy weights. It's a pure de stress and boosts my mind. Can't wait to see my results in a year from now :)

    lower body. Hips, knees, feet...... Well since my job requires so much travel, it is hard to get a good workout in. So on non travel days I work out at Lunch and again after work. This week I bagged the travel and actually got in 9 workouts! So my point is there is always a way...
