I workout twice a day everyday. I love when I feel the soreness in my body the next morning because I kow it'll lead to gains, and I love feeling exhausted after a workout, knowing I pushed myself to the limit and that tomorrow I'll be right at it again.

But then in the end, I feel so fulfilled that I've finished it. So even if I have sore muscles, I can say that I did something not all people can do. :)
It hurts so good
I personally do enjoy having sore muscles. The best saying is "No pain, no gain" and I feel that I'm on the right path to a stronger, and better looking body. In time I shall tell if my hard work has is worth it.
It's the only muscle that gets sore, and I don't mind.
