    Work salad pro tip - Bring all your fixings to

    work and then make it there. People don't like to get up in the morn and cut everything up. If you just bring the whole veggies etc to work it's much easier and fresher!

    Sautéed cabbage, onions,

    I have this crazy routine.

    I rotate eating cashews, oatmeal, fish, spinach or cabbage. I've been thinking of eating cashews in almond milk and have it as a cereal. I am such a cashew addict. Once in a while, I eat aguacate (avocado), with a bagel. That's my guilty pleasure.

    I Feel Good

    I love fresh fruit and veg's.  I started eliminating different foods that affected my health and now eat only the fresh stuff.  Now that my income is changing and winter is coming, I'm hoping frozen might be the next best thing.  Any comments?

    I do try to stick to

    I love to choose food intuitively.
