    I have this crazy routine.

    I rotate eating cashews, oatmeal, fish, spinach or cabbage. I've been thinking of eating cashews in almond milk and have it as a cereal. I am such a cashew addict. Once in a while, I eat aguacate (avocado), with a bagel. That's my guilty pleasure.

    Sautéed cabbage, onions,

    Fruit Vs Sweets

    Really, there is no contest. Why buy sweets when you could enjoy the sweets of the earth? Grapes are perfect in this area, as are small strawberries and other berries. Perfect sized, perfect flavour, perfectly healthy! :D

    I love eating healthy.

    I do try to stick to

    and enjoy healthy wholesome food as we are what we eat, as opposed to health. But the truth is that the likes of Cajun food are far tastier and enjoyable and it's so tempting to drop your guard sometimes! Can't always be a saint!!

    Work salad pro tip - Bring all your fixings to

    work and then make it there. People don't like to get up in the morn and cut everything up. If you just bring the whole veggies etc to work it's much easier and fresher!

    I love to choose food intuitively.

    I love eating avocado, salads, all of the veggies and fruits, especially dates and bananas. I love to eat like that because it tastes and smells real, and I feel better. As soon as I adjust and find some time, I'm going to have a raw food diet :)
