    Sticky Sweet

Love on warm buns and biscuts, in drinks and even in my hair (scalp conditioner). So sweet and yummy, natural sweetner for my muffins and as a sweet afternoon treat on a spoon.

My friend gave me a giant jar from someone she

knows who makes honey. It is so good, not like the honey blend stuff you buy in the store. I want to try the kind with honeycomb pieces, that looks good.

I especially love it on my toast in the morning. While it usually runs and your hands end up sticky, it is still a yummy thing to throw all over your toast. It can also be quite fun to eat as you try desperately hard not to get the honey on your hands. In my opinion, it is way...

My New Love Of My Life.

Having grown up in this country I love, the USA.  I grew up eating all of the wonderful processed foods and have always had a massive sweet tooth.  Addicted to candy and soda, my doctor has finally decided to let me know that I need to lose weight!  I am not...

    Absolutely!! Only relatively occasionally mind

as I don't consume it like a queen bee!! But it's perfect for giving you extra energy and as a "brain food" to boost memory and cognitive ability (such as pre exam). Just be careful not to over-do it as it can so easily trigger a hypo with its concentrated natural goodness.

    Stirred, Drizzled, Crystalized

It goes back to being comforted when I was sick. My mom would mix honey and lemon juice to soothe my throat, though mostly my taste buds capitalized. Later I sat in dingy hotels, eating oatmeal with boiled water (the safest way to ingest questionable liquids) and yes, a drizzle...

    Life Without Honey

I'm in my mid-twenties and every weekend seems to be filled with another event, from wedding and engagements to baby showers-I rarely have a minute to rock my baggy sweat pants and sit at home doing nothing.  One Friday night, I had my chance.  I plopped myself on the...

    My Love Affair With Honey

I have loved honey for as long as I can remember. My parents tell me that when I was a baby they dipped my pacifier in honey (frowned on nowadays) and I would spit it out when it was all gone. I remember as i young child sneaking away with the honey jar and a spoon and sitting...

    Licked To Death

It's such a versatile substance, a natural sweetener and gloriously sticky. I could eat it directly out of the jar. Wonderful stuff!

    A Difficulty

Honey, isn't something a vegan can ingest. It was such a hard thing to give up! I loved honey in my tea. I loved honey with my oats. I loved honey on my borlotti beans. I am a vegan, and I gave up honey!

    Oh Honey, My Honey.

Honey is good on sandwiches, it's good just to eat by itself, not to mention it's freaking amazing in baked goods...It's also delicious in tea...Way better than sugar. MMM I love honey. It's also good in some cereals.
