Have you ever heard the touching instrumental

from Roger Williams, Nadia's theme? Originally named cotton's theme and later renamed for Romanian Gymnast Nadia Comaneci who won three gold medals at the 76 Olympics. This instrumental was also used as theme song for the soap, the young and the restless.

    Lone--lemurian And Galaxy Garden

When it comes to beats and instrumentals, Lone is one of my favorite beatsmiths/composers. Lemurian was the first album that got me hooked on his work. The Standout track was "Pthallo Blue", which samples the theme from "The Joy of Painting". His most recent album was last...

I was at a concert yesterday,

where I listened to Beethoven no.7. My tears fell down during the second movement , I dont know why. It is clear that the music is great but nobody cried in silence like me. The worse thing is I feel like i lost something very important in my life. I hate these feelings, like I...

Blue Stahli-The Pure And The Tainted

The wonderful thing about instrumental music is the ability to convey feelings without words. I found this on youtube and it was done by a Detroit based artist named Blue Stahli. The original version was a little on the short side so someone made an extended version.

New York Times - Bobbi Humphrey.

This one has some vocals but the instrumentation is what makes this piece a classic. I remember this one playing every weekend in my house growing up. Timeless.

    Especially piano and guitar.

I love ragtime piano. Smooth easy listening piano. Lively. Classical. I just love piano if it's played well. And guitar. It is so versatile. A good guitar player can make it sing or cry. Even laugh. I've heard more sounds coming from a guitar then I knew any instrument could...

I love listening to instrumental music

especially soundtracks to movies or tv shows. My favourite composer has got to be Alan Menken and Alexandre Desplat. To me instrumental music has more deep meaning and I seem to relate to it more. Lilys Theme and Sunrise on lake Pontrchain are the ones which I love the most

    How the universe works soundtrack,

the original with violins. Look it up, you won't regret it. It's beautiful and peaceful. Also. Look up virtual thunderstorms and play it in the background too. It makes it even better.

    Two cool jazz pieces

that will move you in different ways: Bellavia by Chuck Mangione when you are in a deep reflective mood. La Fiesta by Maynard Ferguson, this piece will build to a gradual awesome insanity and climax, crazy upbeat song.

Instrumental music can take me to a world of

dreams, like the soundtrack of Amelie Poulain; It can excite me through the songs from Bajofondo; It can seduce me through the modern Tango, as Gotan Project does, or through the classical Tango, as Libertango by Astor Piazolla. It plays with my brain, my ear and my heart... I...

Some Of My Favorites Are Instrumental Pieces

There's something about instrumental pieces that can change my mood in a hurry.  Movie scores especially, given they are "mood" music anyway. My favorites include Rhapsody in Blue (Gershwin..genius!), Moonlight Sonata, the theme from Little Women and the entire score...

"music Is A Higher Revelation Than Philosophy."

Beethoven said that. I tend to agree. Music is a higher language form, and can communicate the mysterious, unspoken ideas that dwell deep in the human heart.
