    I Love Love Love It!

    I remember when I was a kid and a buddy of mine had the soundtrack..heard it long before i saw the film. it blew me away then, and still does. I had the rare pleasure of seeing it live with ted Nealy and the fella who played judas from the film...about a dozen years back..ted...

    Just Saw It Today...

    And I LOVE it!  I'm definitely not religious, but it's such a powerful musical...it's subtle in the way it presents Jesus as a revolutionary and just a man, not a god.  I'm in love with Judas.  And Jesus sounds like Bob Dylan. =)

    My Boys Could Relate

    When I took my boys to see Jesus Christ Superstar they loved it. I believe they were able to relate to it more than the stories related in Sunday School. I am surprised Ted Neeley played the role from the mid 70's up to today. Thats a long time with the same part.
