Felt good getting back into the groove of things after letting it go a year ago.
I was able to let out a lot of frustration and the good thing about it, my body felt good, my mind was at ease...this girl was focused. My trainer told me that I still had it!! Yay Me!!!
because I want to be able to know how to fight people, and I actually know little but of kick boxing, I am good at kicking, and sometimes I would practive punching with my siblings or something. And my mother use to kick box aswell.
this is my remedy. Life gets hard, things happen..that's why you need to do something that you absolutely enjoy!! I have tried a lot of things to make myself stress free..including dumb things like buying myself a happy light -_- honestly that's how desperate I got haha but...
