I like any type of lasagna.

Unfortunately I can't cook it right for some reason so if I want it I need to either go out or buy a frozen one. While I was growing up my dad made a really good one and my ex-wife did as well.

    I've never had homemade lasagna.

I would really like to try it, but I don't like Italian sausage... more of a beef person. oh is there a thin noodle lasagna?!

Lasagna has got to be the most perfect concept

for a dish. I make at least six different versions throughout the year, including of course the old fashioned way, the best way. You gotta love a customizable dish that encourages mounds of cheese. I even loved Garfield as a kid, mainly because he was a cat but also because of...

    Aaahhhh....Lasagna! So delicious!

But only when I make it MY way! Others go crazy with all kinds of weird stuff, unbalanced sauces, unmatching cheeses. Ugh! Let them eat theirs their way, I want MINE!!! Slow cooked sauces, chili like, with mozzarella and so finely minced aged green jalapeno's, a pinch of...

Not only do I love lasagna.

But I have also spent years perfecting my signature dish. I call it my Cardiac Lasagna case it probably isn't considered healthy, but it is sooooo good. And everyone that has tried it said so. Good thing I don't make it often though even though a couple of under worked...

    I couldn't find an experience

that said what I wanted it to, so, well, Hannah, you're lasagna. But the best kind of lasagna with homemade sauce, hamburger, cheese, and whatever else goes in a lasagna...I'm not a chef. But anyway, we've been amicae for like 3 years now. Holy hell, that's almost a hundred...

    Not just any lasagna though.

I actually hate lasagna with vegetables in it. The vegetables are all mush and that's disgusting. I love my lasagna with just cheese (ricotta and mozzarella) and a hearty sauce!

And I like it so much,

that me and my gf has a gastronomy blog, where the first recipe was a Lasagne. :) It's pretty complicated, but it worth the effort, because it tastes good. With a good red wine it's fantastic.

I love making and baking my own lasagna.

I make it a few times a month for the kids and me. I also serve lasagna when hosting or going to parties, It is always gone and I just bring home an empty dish. When I go out to a restaurant, I normally order lasagna.

    Who doesn't love lasagna?

My family has been making our secret recipe for it for four generations now, and it is absolutely out of this world. I don't make it nearly as often as I should, given how delicious it is. Whenever I make lasagna, I have to eat at least two huge plates. Thankfully I work out...

    I have 2 different lasagnas.

One, I throw together in about an hour and cook immediately. The other takes about five hours because I do one thing at a time, starting with the sauce. I get each thing right before I move to the next and then combine. Then I put it in the fridge for 8 hrs or more. The...

My mom used to make it every

once in a while. It was always for special occasions. She would take the whole day off just to prepare this perfect lasagna. And even if it was burnt or under-cooked, it was still amazing. It was way better than the store-bought stuff we get nowadays.
