    Ah the Memories :D!

I was just reminiscing with my big brother about the good old times. It surprises me when all the things from way back start flooding back :') It started out with a mention of how spoilt our little brother is. Before he was born, we were quite poor and so where he was bought...

    Legos Rock!!

Man, I had waaay too much fun with Legos as a kid in the 1980s...and so did my other friends. I had the space-themed Legos, then the mechanical set - the one with axles and gears, and plans for a model race car. I grew up with Legos...and I'm very grateful my parents chose them...

I first got into this stuff back in the 1960's

when it was launched, made a big mistake by selling the lot when I was 19 thinking it was for kids not me. Did the same again in my thirties having got back into it in my late twenties. Started yet again in my early fifties, and this time I will not be selling what I have; I...

    Make Somethin' Momma

The kids have the mid sized ones and we build EVERYTHING. It's just so much fun to create and it's great for their little minds and dexterity. I find them at garage sales and thrift stores and love to add to our collection. The kids have a blast and so do I.

    Johnny Thunder!

Even if he was an Indiana Jones ripoff, Johnny Thunder was definitely one of the cooler ones -- and he had so many cool sets, from Egypt to "the Orient," and man what's not to love about that goatee? I've always wanted a brush hat like his, and as much as I love Indy I'm a bit...

    Totally Awesome

Lego was my absolute favorite toy in the whole wide world as a kid. I just built and played for hours upon hours. I played until I wore them out.  Although, nowadays I’m kind of saddened that there’s less “build anything out of it” and more...

    Yay! Lego!!!

I used to love playing with Lego with my brother. We made a whole heap of racing cars, space ships and houses and used to make up storylines (although they always focused on racing or some sort of battle, lol). We've still got all our Lego, but I don't have the heart to destroy...

I really loved Lego as a kid

and I recently found my Lego from when I was a child! I didn't realise that I still had it. I remember spending hours playing with it and building all sorts of 'inventions' as I called them.

    Lifelong Fan

When I was a kid, I used to build stuff with my LEGOs all the time. I've always loved building toys. Now, as an adult, I find my interested captured once again by the awesome new sets they are coming out with.

it was fun making things and look at the other kids faces when you make something that they can't and then they make something better and you can't figure out how they did it, and that's how the cycle was. it was so much fun, building things only limited to your imagination and...

    Lego Was My Favourite Toy

    How Lego Has Changed!
