I Love Les Miserables

I fell in love with Les Miserables in High

School French class. My teacher would always talk about it and let us listen to the soundtrack. Then my junior and senior years I was able to go to see the play on Broadway. I actually saw Ricky Martin in the play. It was so powerful and moving. My favorite songs are "On my...

I fell in love with this musical a few years

ago. Honestly didn't expect to. The 25th anniversary concert was just exquisite. And the encore at the end with the cast from the various anniversary/original companies was epic. Going to see this on broadway is definitely on my bucket list now.

    Love Les Mis

A friend of mine had been singing the songs to Les Miserables when we were doing a show together. The show wasn't Les Mis, but I got so annoyed that I finally asked him for the CD. He gave it to me in French and in English, and I've been in love ever since. Over the summer, I...

    The story really touches me.

I watched it in french class and loved it. I can't remember the man's name exactly but at the end this man kills himself by falling backwards into a body of water because he has, for the first time in his life, disobeyed orders and cannot live with himself knowing what he has...

I saw a concert version of Les Mis last night on TV. Many of my spare tween hours were spent listening to a tape of the show, to the point of knowing the entire thing by heart. Back then, Eponine was the one I loved and identified with. I sang her song “On My Own” a million...

It was amazing, the stage rotated and the scene changes were amazing. I love the west end, it seemed not as crowded as broadway. I am ashamed I waited so long to see this production, it was the best musical I have seen.
