Although my passion for lobster (like other sentient foods, that I was raised on before becoming educated on the many facts that belie everything that transpires between a living creature and the Hamburger or Seafood Bisque we eat) is not yet reconciled...
it doesn't matter what cuisine, what nation, what herbs sauces or spices you put with it the lobster will always come out tasting great because it needs very little of anything to make it taste perfect.
Nothing better in the world then Lobster you can take your prime rib and toss it in the trash Lobster is the best by far bar none. If I could get away with only eatting Lobster and nothing else I would yummy for my tummy
