I had practiced TKD for almost a year

and was so excited about my next testing, but the weekend before it, I dislocated my knee and I haven't got back into it since. I'm worried my knee won't let me move sound as much now.

When I was almost 10 years old I started training at a TaeKwonDo studio. That was my life and my passion! I put all of my being into my martial arts! When I first got my white belt, I told my dad that I wanted to get my black belt before I turned 12...well, the awards ceremony...

    I trained in martial arts

for many years. I was trained to use various weapons. It made me healthier, more confident, and an overall better person. Due to several problems, I can no longer train as I once did. I am, however, well trained to use guns and knives of different kinds.

You never realize how much of a martial artist

you are until you find yourself strung across your bed, without a shirt on, a sword laying on your chest, a martial arts encyclopedia next you you, weights scattered around your room, and one sweaty, exhausted looking face. This is the after math of a good training session XD

    I trained in martial arts

when I was younger. I trained in Shaolin Kung Fu for about two years, then Taekwondo for a few years. Shaolin Kung Fu familiarized me with weapons. Despite chronic pain, I am confident that I can still defend myself in most scenarios. I continue to train with knives and guns.
