I Love Mashed Potatoes

comforting and delicious. Little butter, very little salt, and a whole lota peppa!

The more butter, the better. My Nana always puts in the right amount and I end up demolishing the bowl fairly quickly. I heard the good news that we're going over to her house tomorrow. So watch out mashy potatoes!! I'm coming for you!

How wonderful can mashed potatoes be? I love them whipped with cream and butter and cheese and garlic and then buried is thick meaty gravy. Oh, what joy! --HXTP

Mashed potatoes are one of my favorite foods.  I'll mash mine with butter, sour cream, and cream cheese and just a pinch of salt... these are NOT health food! Honestly, I love pretty much any mashed potato.  Not huge on the powdered...

I could easily eat it everyday if I wanted to. It goes great with almost any meal.
