    I had a really full on day at work

    and had a headache all afternoon. So when I got home I just laid on my bed and done a 15min guided meditation, and my headache went, I felt more awake and so much less stressed :) I wish everyone would at least give it a chance

    I meditated for the first time today.

    I meditated for 20 minutes, and when I was finished I felt very calm and focused. I am also noticing background noises a lot, I can hear the clock ticking and little faint noises in the background that I never use to pay attention too. I look forward to doing it again tomorrow.
