    When I meditate, I feel a strong pressure on my

    I had a really full on day at work

    There comes a point in ur practice

    when mind says its not benefiting by meditation. There is no visible benefit of meditation ur intellectual mind can find. But u will need to continue meditating to reach the goal. Perseverance is the key to success in mediation.
