    I Want to Tour the World From My Dinner Table.

    I love many types of foods, Italian, Asian (mostly Chinese) Middle eastern, mexican, and fusions of them.  I would love to open a restaurant that served a mixture of all of those in one place..  That would be a great place to be!

    I am not all that keen on the British fare like

    the classic roast dinner, steak and ale pies and most other gravy dinner type meals much to the annoyance of my family. I was raised on pasta and rice dishes. There is not much of a need to add meat to everything with foods from other cultures.
