    Hello, Dolly!

i got my first real taste of theater as a sophomore in high school, in the chorus of Hello, Dolly!.  i was hooked from that moment.  and even though i just went to my 10 year reunion, i STILL can sing most of the songs from it!

My school play this year was "Elton John

and Tim Rice's Aida," and it was honestly just amazing... The message it sent was so beautiful. The end made me tear up a bit... I mean, first of all, I had no idea that my fellow peers were so talented. And second, the end was just perfect. I don't think there was any better...

    Why I Love Musicals:

Musicals, to me, have always struck a wonderfully happy medium between regular plays that're all spoken, and operas, which only involve singing. Musicals have a combo of speaking, singing, dancing, and a musical score, all of which are combined to make musicals the way they are...

I could never pick my favorite though.

Most are too different to pick a favorite. But if I really had to choose; I love West Side Story. I am a hopeless romantic. It's funny because before I fell in love I really didn't like that musical. I guess now that I understand what it's like to know love and what you would do...

Any thoughts on Gagas version of "Anything
