    I have been into fitness since

    for decades now. Mostly i do gym routine with morning and night yoga at home. i was doing kickboxing and swimming twice a week but that took up quite some time away from kids and work so left that for now, maybe will resume in future :)

    My job is very tough

    I set a goal of 180 lbs.

    Earlier today I came in at 170 lbs. 2 years ago I was 225 lbs. not fat but I a very stocky build. Started out with gym, then changed diet. I honestly can't believe how much and what I use to eat. I refused to become part of the 50% of of obese Americans.

    Biked down to the marina today.

    I love working out!! It makes me feel great

    for me physical fitness is a great stress

    started workingout when i was 15,

    been at it for 15 years now. cant go a full week without working out without goibg craztmy. meassured bodyfat yesterday, long time since i last did that. happy that i went a % lower than i ained for and im now down on 9%. fitness is life!

    Today's workout was really good.

    I am 100% for people trying to better

    themselves with New Years solutions. But as someone who goes to the gym year round, I'm already seeing the resolutioners filling up the gym and I can hardly use the cardio loft. Does anyone jog outside in the winter? Any tips? Everything is covered in slippery ice!

    Just got done with another awesome gym session.

    LONG!!!! I love the way my body is changing. I love all the aches and pains that I've had to encounter because I have learned something from each one. My entire life is health and fitness and I'm so thankful that I made the change 4 years ago. Bye bye 80lbs.

    I was at the gym awhile ago on the exercise

    bike. A guy came in and did some stretches, lifted some weights. Then he started doing a martial arts routine I was mesmerized. It was almost like watching ballet beautiful.

    My favorite pass time is fitness.

    I've always been athletic and now that I'm getting older, appreciate that I've been able to stay in shape. I'm fortunate that it comes easy to me. I don't take that for granted.
