I blasted Floyd last night at home

for about 5 hours from my stereo. Had a few beers to relax. NOTHING like it.

"Nobody Home" makes me sob every time I listen

to it. It resonates with how my soul feels after being emotionally destroyed by the one who was suppose to protect my heart not crush it

    This seems a little mainstream.

. fav album would have to be DSOTM or Endless River... but, favorite song is Shine on You Crazy Diamond Pt. 1 I could listen to David Gilmour play that guitar all day, it's relaxing and psychedelic. Always puts me in a good mood.

    Ok, not a Pinky track,

but I heard a lovely tribute to the wonderful Granchester Meadows track ( for those who don't know, it is just outside Cambridge- and a place I have wandered on many occasions). Called Granchester Meadows Revisited, by Tom Thuens - give it a listen.

memory lane or can produce thoughts that I never would of had without it. Or, like this one, a song that I've loved for so long, but can still make the connections to my life with. Pink Floyd is one of the very few bands that has so many songs that I can connect with. And their...

2 nights ago, I didn't get any sleep.

Last night I was worried for myself if I'd sleep last night. I was laying in bed for a little bit, and it came to me, my go-to thought "Pink Floyd". A smile came to my face, and I fell asleep.

Favorite album of theirs would have to be wywh,

that was the first time I had heard them like given them a proper listen and I really enjoyed that album. Second favorite album of theirs is the wall. As depressing as this album is, I kinda related to it because of what I was going through when I had gotten the album...
