I Love Pink Floyd

Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 3,801 People

    Remembering Richard Wright today.

This is my personal favourite track featuring the vocals of Richard and David. I was lucky enough to see them do this on this tour in 2006. Hard to believe it's 6 years since Richards death.

I first started listening to Pink Floyd with

"Meddle" and thought "Echos" was incredible. Listening to 'Dark Side of The Moon", after a party with the lights off, was an experience I'll never forget, mind blowing. I think 'Time" is one of the greatest songs ever written and I still enjoy listening to it to-day.

David Gilmour is just an amazing musician. He has the most distinct guitar sound and style of anybody I can think of. I wouldn't call him a great singer, but his voice suits the style of music he plays. I love The Division Bell which featured Dave Gilmour probably more than any...

If anyone went to the Division Bell shows in

1994, then you may remember hearing this before the show started. It's a weird and wonderful little soundscape that swept over the arena. I remember it from the Earls Court shows I went to.Thought it would be good to share it.Pink Floyd Still First In Space.
