    My Brother!

    We have been making syrup on our land for 150 yrs.  A lot of our trees are getting old and 4 got blown down during a wind storm last April.  I want to keep it going.  Lots of snow delayed us last year.  No Fancy!

    Why Settle For Less?

    I admit, I envy people who live where maple syrup is produced.  The whole culture sounds like fun.  I want to boil eggs in maple sap, and to drizzle hot syrup on snow and make chewy maple candy. There are plenty of things I would give up to save money for pure maple...
