So far I'm reading Wuthering Heights

and I honestly think it's one of the best book I read. How Emily Bronte made Heathcliff so scandalous is amazing.

The look of the pages, the smell of the paper. The journey it takes me on.

    Reading is a huge escape

for me from my depression and anxiety. I've been really stressed lately and therefore have read several books in short periods of time. Last night I started and finished a 400 page book. Reading is my sanity.

I hate it when I finish reading a book in class.

I'll look around the room and notice that kids are going on with their day, texting and talking and what not, as if I didn't just experience emotional trauma at the hands of a paperback.
