        You can learn alot from history...The Army pushs history so that your just not a drone out there.....I never like History in high school but now I love it....Don't repeat the mistakes of yesterday so that we all shall have better lives.......

    John Jakes...

    wrote a few...''The Bastard'' is the first in a series...there are 7 others. Then there is ''North and South'' and 2 others in that series... They are interesting and make history come alive...I reread them every few years...my 16 yr old has read and liked them also...
