    Arrived home from the Rugby training about an

    hour ago. I'm banged up and sore... but still, I've been playing rugby for 28 years, it feels great. Allready looking forward to the next training, one week from now. :D

    I had the misfortune to be rather ill last Saturday (not feigned). That produced the good fortune that I was able to watch Wales-England on BBC America. Being a Wales supporter, I quite enjoyed the match, especially the second half, notwithstanding my physical misery.

    Good news Works going really well,
