    I love staying fit :) makes me feel more

    Running Is Theropy!

    I won a 12 month gym membership through work.

    Benefits of Gym/running

    hi there, try go yo gym at least 3 or 4 times a week and do 5km run in 30 mins, then do weights, have found I sleep better for it and feel great.Also great way to get rid of stress and sexual frustration, pity i have good figure now but my husband doesn`t get interested...

    Cant Get Enough

    I don't know why I have weight issues...seriously!! I really like eating healthy and exercising...I should not be as overweight as I am....I love going to gym and working out....I feel soo good afterwards.
