    Working as hard as you can is a great outlet.

    Running has always cleared my mind, despite the stress still being very present. Covered two miles this morning with 100 sit ups after. Feeling proud!

    "I Need to Run"

    i will go outside in what ever I'm wearing and start walking for about 20 mins when I'm upset. i start crying and something in my head keeps telling me i need to run. i run for a good hour until i start throwing up and then i feel like I'm going to start coughing up blood.

    I'm from a small town

    and could walk everywhere I needed to go. Running is my favorite way to destress, and I feel like accomplished something after finishing a run. I lost that for a bit when I moved to a big city glad to be in a safe enough area to run again.

    I love to run when I'm stressed,

    upset, happy, etc. My boyfriend is currently in basic training for the Air Force and I run every morning the same time that he does PT. It helps melt away the stress and missing him, as well as makes me feel connected to him.

    I love to run or walk at night.

    Especially if you glance up at the stars every so often. It clears the stresses of the day right away. I think I might get addicted to it.
