When I feel stressed depressed angry frustrated

etc I just grab my running shoes and go for a long run. It really helps take all that pressure off I love that my mind just goes blank and all my worries disappear. All I can think about is the next step I'm going to take. My high school school always told us that it was "mind...

as much as the end result. Energizing for the body, releases the stress of life and cleanses the mind. A time and place of my own to shut the world out.
