    Today I ran 18 km (11 miles) .

The beginning of my day was full of tension and frustration. It has been a cloudy, somewhat cold and rainy day to add to my mood. Shall I run indoors? Shall I go out to the rain? No thunders in the horizon... What the heck? No iPod. Only my water bottle and me.this run is in a...

However, this is the first time I do this route in a month since I was in a holiday. Last night was an emotionally loaded day and I woke up with those worries in my mind. Great morning for a run and to do some active meditation. The wind was blowing in my face, a freedom...

I just love to run because there's this sense

of freedom. You don't necessarily have to have a destination or a track. You just run and run. It's a good way to clear your head and just breathe.
