I'm usually not a morning person.

Today however, I surprised myself. At a pace of 5:35 min/km I managed the 6.3km trail around the beautiful lake Bled. It's really nice to be able to change the running scenery from time to time. It rained the whole time but it did not or could not keep me from going all the...

I started running in high school to get in shape

for basketball, and from there my life changed. Running became a huge part of my life and as well as an outlet for me. My team mates in high school were like my family and when I was older I always tried to make sure everyone felt welcome and included on the team. My sophomore...

and ran 5 miles this morning to kick Monday square in the a$$, lol! Not an overtly and annoying positive person but I decided to do something about my lack of motivation lately. Let's work runners!

I used to to be chubby

and I thought I couldn't run because of my weight at least that's what u believed because of my 'friends' but then I moved and I joined track which made me feel so unbelievable and happy. It's the best to be competitive and run which I'm not slow at haha although I do sprinting...

My first marathon ever was yesterday.

City of Chicago. 40,000 runners. It was such an amazing experience to see close to 1 million people along the course cheering and volunteering for a positive cause. I "high five" hundreds of people along the way. All that positive energy will stay with me for a long time .

January 1st, 2015! On the road.

I'm not fit. I'm not fast.

I'm overweight. But I love running! Especially until my legs feel numb and can't take it no more. It feels great. When I can't go out for a run, I just use the threadmill at home after midnight for half an hour or so non stop. My body aches so much but it feels so so good...

200m and 400m. I've been to state, national and pacific school games. I've won many gold medals and trophies. My current personal best for 100m is 10.51sec.. Still isn't the best but hey I'm only 5"3-5"4 so I guess it's still good 😂😅
