    I try to get in 6-9km every day.

    I have a very disturbed sleep cycle so I usually run late at night or very early in the morning. I prefer to run in the dark. I'm trying to get into working out in the gym, riding bikes, etc... But running will always be my main addiction, followed closely by swimming :-p

    Few things in life make me feel happier

    and more relaxed than running. I can't wait to start training again so I can PR at my next race.

    I just ran 3 miles in 17:23.

    outside or inside - almost daily

    and now my beloved my treadmill is dead or dying. it is almost 15 years old it was perfect for me now I need to purchase new one - any suggestions I do not want anything with tv or wifi as I zone out running just focusing on breathing almost meditation like. sad face

    It is such a stress relief to run.

    I love explore new trails, especially through the woods. There is something so comforting about the lighting and the life in the trees.

    Tested myself and busted out the best run of my

    I decided to walk 2.5km from home to the mall.

    Another half marathon today,

    missed the start and felt tired from my trial run last week. It was also really warm. Even with all that I ran a very good time. I also got 4 league points. Time 1hr 51min and some 20 seconds.

    I did it! Done my first sub 2hr half marathon!

    So pleased.. Official time was 1hr 59mins 39 seconds.... Really really chuffed. That was Sunday, tomorrow's Thursday and my legs were still too achy to run this morning but I'm hoping to get out for a run tomorrow... Happy running everyone x

    I'm not fit. I'm not fast.

    I'm overweight. But I love running! Especially until my legs feel numb and can't take it no more. It feels great. When I can't go out for a run, I just use the threadmill at home after midnight for half an hour or so non stop. My body aches so much but it feels so so good...
